Outside My Reality

On May 9th I begin a class online in a limited series of ancient art of Chinese medicine practice of the Qi Gong Martial Arts. Documenting the journey and results along with an overall look at my chronic illness and my healer Ayla. the first two chapters of my book are written for you here.
